Approximately one year ago we purchased an iron filter from you. Since then, we have asked for your assistance on three separate occasions. Twice you came to our home for service calls (which turned out to be false alarms). You did not charge us anything.

Our latest crisis you handled effectively over the phone. You identified that a worn-out valve on our water softener was most likely the culprit. Instead of coming out and charging us for a service call, you offered us a cost/time saving solution. . . you supplied us with the needed valve replacement kit and instructed us on what to do, all for a small fee.

Our latest problem is now solved. . .
